We'll refund you if
- You haven't downloaded any file from the order yet, and you ask within 14 days of buying.
- A file is broken or missing and we can't fix it within a few days of you telling us.
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
We can't refund you if
- You've downloaded the files and simply changed your mind.
- You bought the wrong licence. Email us instead: we'll upgrade Standard to Exclusive for the difference in price, as long as the icon can still be sold as Exclusive.
Exclusive icons
If we refund an Exclusive order before any files were downloaded, the icon may go back on the store.
How to ask
Email hello@iconoven.com with your order number (it starts with IO-). Refunds go back to the way you paid, through PayPal, usually within 5 working days. The licence and download links for a refunded order stop working.
